Hi food lovers!!! I love to eat and to taste the food in Kebab & Durum reastaurants. Here in our town, we have two differents restaurants of this turkish food: one is the original one where there is only turkish food and the other one is a fast food eating place where there are different types of victuals, such as, burgers, durums, nuggets, chicken wings... MARMITAKO
One of the typical Basque food is the "Marmitako". I will give you the ingredients to prepare the "Marmitako" for 4 people. The ingredients are: 500g of tuna 800g of potato 2 tomatoes 1 green pepper 2 onions 2 garlic cloves 1L of fish soup Extra Virgin Olive Oil Salt The steps of the elavoration: 1- Peel and finely chop the onions, the pepper, the tomatoes and the garlic. 2- Season and sauté for about 10 minutes in a casserole with a good jet of oil. 3- Peel, crack the potatoes and add them to the casserole. 4- Fry well and incorporate the hot fish broth. Let cook about 20 minutes. 5- Remove the skin and the thorns of the bonito. Cut it into cubes and season it. Add it to the casserole and cook for 3 more minutes.
