Slovak national dish "Gnocchi with sheep cheese and fried bacon"
This meal is made from gnocchi boiled in water mixed with traditional sheep cheese with cream consistency and fried bacon on pork fat. It can be served with sour cream. Its very delicious and tasty.

    Hi! It seems that is a very delicious and it has a very good appearence. If I go to Slovakia I will taste that special dish.
