Cepelinai is one of the most popular Lithuanian traditional dish. They are also known as daggers („Didžkukuliai“). Cepelinai are made of boiled and mashed potatoes with meat stuffed inside. They are usually served with sour cream and filling sauce. They are pretty high in calories, but very delicious.
