Lithuanian traditional dish

,,Šaltibarščiai''

Also known as 'cold soup' or 'Lithuanian cold borscht'. It's traditional Lithuanian soup.  The soup is usually made of beets, hard boiled eggs, kefir and sometimes milk, cucumbers and dill. Most people eat it with boiled potatoes. Also, this soup is served cold so it's the best dish to eat in a hot summer.
